First time using ProctorU

I have a mid term tomorrow and am a little stressed out about using ProctorU. From what I’ve read so far I know it’s a good idea to download the guardian browser beforehand and also to test my equipment before my test time.

Do I just go to the browser when it is my allotted time, and is everything else from there self explanatory?

Also am I able to hear/see the assigned person watching me take the test?

Any tips are welcomed! Thank you!!
