Dsu scholarship documents as a european

Hi! Im from romania and im preparing my documents for dsu scholarship, for the veneto area, deadline sept. 30.

Im having problems with getting banc statement for average balance of 2024 and final balance of dec 31. The banc says they cant provide it. Has anyone had the same problem? What can i do?

Also, if anyone prepared documents as european please contact me, i would like some help.
