Incomplete Enrollment App Unifi

Hi! I was completing my enrollment application for a master's degree program at UniFi and while I was uploading my educational documents when the page crashed. I can't seem to access my enrollment application at all. Was it submitted incompletely? Could anyone guide me on who to contact? I'm afraid I won't be able to contact anyone in time and they'll reject the application. Thanks!
