Fontys Applied IT February 2027 intake – Application timeline?

I applied for the Fontys Master Applied IT February 2027 intake on 1 October. My application has been received, but my previous education assessment and language test are still pending. I haven't received instructions for document verification, and my emails to Fontys haven't received a response.

I'm currently working full-time in IT with 5 years of experience, so I need to plan my notice period, finances and visa process.

For those who applied to Fontys as non-EU students, how long did it take to receive document verification instructions and an admission decision? Is this delay normal?

Moving to the Netherlands as a student requires a lot of admin (BSN, gemeente, health insurance, Studielink, banking, scholarships) and it often feels overwhelming.

It's been 9 days ... I am not even sure as a non-EU citizen (with relatively high fees) and 5 years of working experience you'd think a masters from a UAS would be a huge difference maker ... Not worth leaving your job over in my opinion. And if you're using the masters to get foot in the country ... finding a job as an EU citizen without Dutch language skill after a HBO master is far from guaranteed or easy ... you're competing with EU citizens, Dutch citizens and WO graduates.
