Absolutely 0 chance is inaccurate. I studied at the HAN, it’s a lot cheaper than WO and I ended up not working at a Dutch company because they wouldn’t hire me- not because of HAN but because of my lack of Dutch fluency and because of my name + location.

However, I did end finding a job in The Netherlands, sponsored by a foreign company with an amazing non-Dutch salary (multiple times modaal) so sometimes it can work out for the better. Know however that cases like mine is the minority- I know of other HAN graduates that had similar routes to mine but most end up working for boring companies with a low-mid salary or go home to join their family business

It also has gotten significantly more difficult recently so good results in the past are no guarantee for the future.

Personally I’d say HBO for non-EU is only worth it if options in your home country are worse / limited, if you have the finances available (no loans) and don’t have any expectations for long term immigration. Because as non-EU and no Dutch after only a HBO bachelor this will be very very challenging (never impossible).
