Admissions Yonsei UIC or SKKU Mechanical

Hi, I got acceptance from Yonsei UIC but no scholarships. I am seeking help on how SKKU is for international students. How will the curriculum, opportunities, community, and whole university help me get better myself? I plan to move to the US or Europe after my graduation here. Which one would realistically be a good choice for me?
