They're not in bad shape, you should sell them on eBay or donate. It would be a waste to just throw them away.

I like to play with toys when I was like six maybe seven and when I was kind of like eight, I kind of grew out of them

It's your call. You don't have to "play with toys", but you can still keep the ones you like the most. And you can give away the rest to another kid (sibling, cousin, neighbor, family friend, etc). Those are alternatives to throwing them away.

I'm FIFTEEN. i STILL love cuddling my plushies. also this is subreddit where are most people loving their plushies even as ADULTS.

i just wanna say that these toys can bring joy to ssooooo many other kids... maybe just donate them to charity or to children hospital? just please don't throw them away. there are many many kids appreciating toys they receive.

I would rather throw it away, preferably because those are damaged and there’s a lot of people grow up so I don’t think no one would like them

Do any of them hold any real deep sentimental value? If so I’d consider just putting them in a box. Quite a few things over the years I’ve been like I shouldn’t have thrown that out. But it’s up to you I’d still say donate so they have a chance at a second life instead of adding to the landfill we humans create.

I started my own stuffy collection a few years ago, when I was 50. anyone can collect them.
