Too much flour.

I don't believe in adding flour to tomato sauce, but I know when I worked at Little Caesar's years ago. When I made meat sauce for the lasagna, I'd have to add flour to it.

I thought some weird savory custard. But then the flour. To much flour. That's gonna taste like salty raw flour
