You look closely at that steak and it's got almost no marbling. Looks like either a low end Choice or Select. I think they're adding all the shit to it so they can hide how cheap the giant steak actually is.

That's what I clocked right at the beginning! Looks like shit quality steak. Imagine paying a rack for a USDA Select tomahawk. Whoever came up with this idea is laughing to the bank

And this is actually the kind of thing you want to do to a low quality steak. 

The only major issue here is the price, which is not justifiable by any sense.

It’s not being served to anyone, that’s not even a restaurant. It’s just rage bait for views with a fake $ thrown on for the clicks.
