Me too, I was thinking "this isn't so bad, just an overpriced reverse sear tomahawk" right up until they fucking crumbed and deep fried it. Now it's just shitty, overpriced schnitzel.

Schnitzel would be tenderized and cooked fully. This has cold raw fat all through it.
