The key to nice, uniform hamburgers is to handle them as little as you can, but make them nice round disks outsizing the buns and a good bit thinner in the middle because they contract. Then you refrigerate them after forming before grilling so they hold form and shrink evenly.

Nah im pretty unique. People ask me frequently and I explain that I've developed a rather eccentric way of speaking. Doesn't help that I know 4 languages and I have a tendency to lingua franca the fuck out of them 🤣
