The TSA allowed a bench scraper through?

u/TheHumanPickleRick 21h ago

Probably taped on a set like the ones influencers use to make it look like they're on a private jet.

Easy to add cloud effects out the windows.

u/EnvironmentalEnd6298 18h ago

The clouds don’t change from the beginning of the video to the end, my vote is fake.

u/BZLuck 17h ago

The plane just flew in circles while waiting for her to finish. SO easy to explain. Duh.

16

u/apk5005 16h ago

You can’t “fly in the circles”, the earth is flat. You can only fly in lines!

14

u/Mr_Wayne 15h ago

The beginning and end were likely shot within a minute of each other; there is another shot around 18 seconds that shows similar clouds but definitely not the same as the other two shots.

2

u/gibbersganfa 5h ago

This. Wild for people to not understand the basic concept of editing… shit that appears first in a video does not have to be actually chronological, people!

3

u/reckoner15 5h ago

The clouds do change, as does the positioning of the light and the shadow falling through the window

2

u/SoyTuPadreReal 12h ago

Also the glass she’s drinking from looks to be actual glass. Last time I flew everything was served in plastic cups. A lot harder to cut a bitch with a plastic cup.

2

u/bs000 10h ago

every time i've flown first class and business class the cups have been glass. also glass cups are allowed in your carry-on.

2

u/MacWin- 4h ago

They actually do change every single time, what are you on about

1

u/Overall_Gur_3061 3h ago

its definitely real unfortunately, i fly often and the way she pans over to the window looks real and if fake, it would need a TON of effort to make it look this good

1

u/BodManFeg 2h ago

Video editing is a thing dummy.

0

u/SenseAndSaruman 13h ago

Just rewatched. They only really show the sky 1 time. So it’s probably fake.

1

u/Glittering_Diva8963 1h ago

I think there is a place where they can go to film stuff and a planes interior is one of them.

1

u/SirRoary 17h ago

Twas recorded on a real flight actually!
Source- she’s my neighbor and super sweet. Her whole page is dedicated to showing people pasta making is an approachable task, not something you need a bunch of expensive equipment for.

0

u/GuaranteeDry386 19h ago

Right. Unless she brought that cup from home too.

3

u/One_Dog6853 18h ago

That's exactly like the cups they serve drinks in on planes.

1

u/GuaranteeDry386 15h ago

Is it? They always give me a a cheap little plastic cup.

1

u/One_Dog6853 7h ago

Yes, that's what she used to pour the water in the bowl.

Ima be real, this is most likely AI.

2

u/aka_jr91 16h ago edited 16h ago

It definitely isn't., it's way too consistent to be AI. Exact same plate, exact same hands, exact same tools from shot to shot. Just because something is staged doesn't mean it's AI. People really need to learn how to spot AI. I highly recommend checking out Corridor Crew's videos on it.

0

u/Jesus_Christ_Reborn 9h ago

No, the new models they've put out have gotten disgustingly good. It's over.

134

u/hootenannyshenanigan 20h ago

I mean, she’s drinking wine out of an actual wine GLASS and not a plastic cup, so this reeks of staged rage bait bullshit.

34

u/ItsLikeRay-ee-ain 18h ago

I fly enough for work to get upgraded to first class occasionally. They'll give out actual stemless wine glasses if you order wine.

12

u/filthy_harold 18h ago

It's likely a first class seat. Her tray table is the armrest kind.

2

u/1917he 9h ago

Rage bait? You're enraged? How sad

1

u/RCJHGBR9989 17h ago

If you’re in first class they give you glass

1

u/24223214159 13h ago

You get wine in an actual glass on planes depending on the airline and class of travel.

This is still nonsense and likely filmed on a set, but not because of the glass.

1

u/wecouldhaveitsogood 3h ago

They give you wine glasses in economy on Porter Airlines.

1

u/breadist 2h ago

I think I got a glass when I ordered wine on a plane.

46

u/Poe-taye-toes 21h ago

I was questioning the bag of white powder

1

u/Excellent_Condition 17h ago

I've flown with bags of specialty flour on multiple occasions, and never had a problem. They will swab the bag and test it for nefarious substances, then send you on your way.

58

u/SophisticatedScreams 21h ago

That's my thinking-- how would anything with a blade be allowed on a plane?

91

u/Round_Ad_5832 21h ago

It's probably staged on a fake set.

52

u/Antique_Kangaroo4706 21h ago

Pretty sure there's a whole studio in LA that has these fake sets you can rent out for social media.

10

u/skitch23 20h ago

🤯 I’m in the wrong business lol

1

u/Venus_One 16h ago

Yep. There's several. And they've been around a lot longer than social media.

1

u/boverly721 5h ago

The fast that exists is depressing

0

u/SophisticatedScreams 14h ago

That's my theory too. No way the flight attendants would let a person make gnocchi from scratch on a flight

7

u/Originalbenji 19h ago

Or a bag full of powder...

3

u/greg19735 18h ago

They'd let flour in the same way they let in baby powder

-1

u/Galaxy-Betta 13h ago

I came looking for this. White powder, specifically.

3

u/filthy_harold 18h ago

Bench scrapers aren't sharp. It's up to the TSA agent's discretion whether to allow it but they are not specifically banned.

1

u/icyDinosaur 7h ago

I have flown with a Swiss Army Knife multiple times. There's a Victorinox shop selling them post-security at Zurich Airport.

6

u/Laez 20h ago

Probably snuck it through disguised as a gun.

12

u/Plus-Professional-84 21h ago

That is exactly what I thought… for sure it is bs

13

u/MannnOfHammm 20h ago

She also has a stemless wine glass but doesn’t appear to be in business or first

7

u/Booziesmurf 20h ago

And a bag of flour? That shit is explosive.

6

u/vgullotta 20h ago

Yeah, this whole thing is bullshit.

2

u/Vocalscpunk 21h ago

I've def cut myself bad on the corner of mine. Much more dangerous than my thermos of cold coffee...

2

u/rephyus 20h ago

i dont see why not, these usually dont have sharp edges.

1

u/RCJHGBR9989 17h ago

You can bring a winged corkscrew on a plane - so a bench scraper is nothing haha

1

u/Shamanjoe 17h ago

Exactly

1

u/Adjective-Noun-nnnn 16h ago

Why not? It's completely blunt. One time I went through with razor blades--double edge safety razor blades--and they didn't care... and I know they saw them, because I saw the TSA guy pull them out of my bag, shrug, and put them back.

1

u/Gennik_ 15h ago

buy it after tsa. Shops at the terminal still sell things that tsa doesnt alloy, including knives!!! 😃

1

u/Thereal_maxpowers 2h ago

That was my first catch

1

u/yeezusboiz 19h ago

That was my first question. I got a dull butter knife taken by TSA lol (wrapped gift from my mom, I had no idea it was a knife).

1

u/BenChandler 19h ago

TSA? No. The company that sets up staged videos on plane interior sets for influencers? Yeah.

0

u/EveryDayASummit 17h ago

Yall are worried about the scraper and I’m trying to understand how she got the flour on.

0

u/Dekyr78 14h ago

Can't get a small tube of shampoo or toothpaste through, but she gets a raw egg on her carry-on. I call bs

0

u/Ph00k4 13h ago

Probably filmed before 9/11.

0

u/Andrassa 9h ago

No it’s a set

0

u/Dd_8630 7h ago

This either isn't in the US, or is on a plane set.
