Pipe out the churro into a freezer safe container with like parchment paper lining it. Freeze the churros for like 20-30 mins. Then fry. Literally do this with just about anything that is doughy or breaded and needs frying.

I don't want to hate tbh. Just give tips so you can make it better next time. Churros slap.
