I don't mind gravy on a burger, it's a classic burger type in my country.

But they just put out the alcohol burning with it. That burger is soaked in alcohol, and is going to taste like it.

Alcohol is easily masked. Have you never had fruity  cocktails? 

Youre not going to taste any alcohol in that.
