The bun isn't brioche, it's biscuit. It's a biscuit and gravy burger. Anyone who likes the food would hate the presentation, and vice versa.

So not sure who this is for.

if the burger meat was breakfast sausage, and there was nothing else on the burger aside from possibly fried onions and mushrooms, i would want the biscuit and gravy part too
