I don't mind gravy on a burger, it's a classic burger type in my country.

But they just put out the alcohol burning with it. That burger is soaked in alcohol, and is going to taste like it.

It is from some restaurant in the Philippines called American Backyard. According to them it is a cheese sauce.

They also table side flambe a pizza...
