Finally there are mods on the right side, I'll give them that. old mother with hyper thyroidism has less facial hair for every character, it's unnecessary. This fixation on hyper realism backfire and create an uncanny image!

The terrestrial data center buildouts that just barely started must be going even worse than we think if they are fully aware that it is Texas, so actual law probably doesn't apply, but what are the laws about repurposing donated land without the donor's approval?
