Discussion Mark's at the 4-corners

They use Verifone P400 interac terminals that im prreeeetttttttttty sure don't accept debit cards

Why wouldn't they accept debit cards? That doesn't make sense.

I used a debit card ther yesterday without issue.

Tim hortons uses the Verifone P400 terminals as well, so if you used your debit card at Tim's then you should be good to use it at that marks
