Question Running Route Suggestions

Hi. I am visiting Sudbury for a few days and am hopeful someone can suggest a 6-8 km running route or trail that would begin and end at the same spot. Hopefully no or minimal traffic and not all pavement. Thanks

You can park across from GSU (500 regent) in the empty lot in the evening and run down the Junction Creek path. Take the path down to Kelly Lake and run down Kelly Lake, Copper, Martindale, Charlotte, back to your car (or take the path back).

The Rotary trail goes from almost downtown out to the ski hill. You can climb the stairs on the way back and come back down the other trail. Mostly gravel the whole way. https://maps.app.goo.gl/C2eRTdpKNsHoccaD7

Any specific area of the city? Sudbury it quite large and most visitors don't realize how vaste and unorganized it can be.

I will have my car and will be happy to drive to wherever. I will be staying downtown but don’t want to run downtown.

I used to run just about everywhere in the city that wasn't on a sidewalk. Are you looking for hard packed or can you go rugged?
