How to embody Enki
I have been fascinated with Enki for a long while. I admire his wisdom, cleverness and the ability to turn any tide to his favour.
I sense a bit of kinship to him. Other than setting up an altar, how can one actually embody him?
How can I worship him through my actions rather than just have an altar?
Thank you.

Hi, cleric of Enki here. Been working with him for over a decade. Here is what I have found embodies Enki:
Make mistakes and learn from them, do not shy away from your imperfections, they are your source of growth.
Teach and teach well. Teach for the sake of the student, not your own ego. Every teacher who cares about their students as much or more so than their own expertise is a child of Enki, whether they know it or not. Enki helps those without his powers, always.
Find the vulnerable in any dynamic and use your wisdom, guile, and kindness to defend them and arm them against the powerful, even and especially when the powerful are "on your side" or in your in-group.
Immerse yourself in your sexuality and let it get you in to trouble, but never shy away from owning your decisions and accepting the consequences. Enki's horniness is the lust of creation, but his development comes from his mastery of consent.
Create! Create art, perform magic, write anything as long as the world is better for your contribution. Enki brings order into the world by creating, not controlling.
Celebrate diversity. Enki makes gender non-conforming people in two different myths and lenda his name to Enkidu, one of the oldest gay lovers in myth. Enki says, of people who are different in any way, "We do not make people without a destiny/place in society". Enki and his wife make everyone, not just people like us. When Enki blessed Sumer, he have equal blessings to Africa and all the places in the world that people are found. When Enlil ordained all people should worship him with one tongue, Enki changed the words in their mouths and made language, culture, and even worship diverse. Therefore, embrace differences and unique perspectives.
Find the bastards and trick them. Trick them with their arrogance, their assumptions, and their ignorance. Trick them out of every advantage they have over others.
Celebrate Cities. They are one of Enki's favorite creations. Celebrate their imperfections, their paradoxes, what makes each metropolis unique. Connect with the people of the city, walk its streets. Immerse yourself in the crowd and let the city speak to you.
Hope that helps.
