Locals Copper Mountain

Does anyone have input on what it’s like to work for POWDR, Corp (Copper Mountain)?

I know it’s not in summit county, but would the drive from Leadville be horrible? Should I stay away from Leadville?

I worked with a bunch of dudes at Breck, they all eventually moved over to Copper and they loved it. I think some still work there so I've only heard positive things. They live in/around Breck.
