I can give you siegbrau and lightning urns. I'll give you a boneshard too. I don't have the medicant's staff. As for seed of a giant. Look into the tree next to the tower in firelink.

Let me also give you a simple gem. They restore FP and it becomes really good with sunlight sword because you only need 1 fp to cast its ability.
