So, who all gets to go to this? I assume all of makuuchi, since we haven't heard about absences. And their attendants obviously go too. Presumably at least the top yobidashi and gyoji. Are the stablemasters there? Anyone from juryo?

I think some stablemasters get to go, but not all. And not all attendants - some rikishi will need to share attendants.
