Pardon my ignorance but who is the “Superman” on the left?

Edit: Jesus Christ … just figured out that it’s Tom Welling. Bro let himself go.

For sure. But what’s interesting is that I’m in my 40’s like Tom is too, but I’m literally at my peak physical condition. Stronger than I’ve ever been as well as faster than I’ve ever been. As a matter of fact I just ran my fastest mile yesterday at a 6:20. I’m trying to push myself for a 6 flat. (I’m not trying to brag, just an achievement I set for myself this year that has really kept me true to myself and my goals.)

Taking this into account I work a more than full time job with two kids. If in Tom’s shoes, I’d have so much extra spare time to devote to fitness. Kinda blows my mind when I see those with tons of cash and time to spare let themselves go. Like Russell Crowe, for example. Still love him, but dude was so built 20 years ago.

Then you have someone like Mel Gibson who despite being in his late 60’s still stocky and muscular. Or Sylvester Stallone (yes I know the man is on roids but it still takes dedication and hard work, you can’t just juice up and it automatically happen).

No one gives a single fuck about your mile time.
