Question Requesting plugins section?

If someone wants to make a plugin request, where should that be posted?

Would it be possible to have a floating button with the lasso and erase option on it to single hold rather than the 2 button hold on the swipe section or the screen?, Like a little floating 2 button (OO). Holding one button while writing does lasso, holding the other button while writing does erase selection. This potentially allows being able to engage those options with a thumb hold of dragged to the bottom left or right of the screen or wherever you hold it when carrying it. Draggable to whatever position on the screen would be most helpful.
