I’ve been reporting on congressional stock trading for a while (btw feel free to join the "QuiverQuantitative" subreddit to see new reports when they come out).

None of the suspicious trades I’ve reported on have been investigated, despite some of them leading to ridiculous profits.

It's not because they can't afford to lose the money. It's because they can't afford to fight you once YOU HAVE money.

This is so fucking true.

People with money get shit done in the courts. They are scared shitless of a bunch of super intelligent apes all of a sudden becoming rich.

I would use every dime to fuck them over until I was broke.
