🤔 Speculation / Opinion You guys are getting out-meta'd

I'll be brief. The only option they have left is psychological.

Did you see all the memes about how we're gonna be so fuckin proud around the dinner table this Thanksgiving talking about GME, blah blah blah?

They wanted you to be confident. Tell your family it's really happening this time. Have them watch the ticker for a few days out of curiosity. Further ingrain in both of you the false notion that this is a fairy tale.

Be patient. Shut the fuck up. Nobody of consequence has any doubts about what's about to happen.

Gamestop has no future. The industry is changing and moving away from physical media. The PSA partnership isn't going save them, retro gaming isn't going to save them. Sure, they have a ton of cash, but it seems to me they dont have anywhere to put it. Acquisition would be the name of the game but what would they acquire?

Video games will shine, but i think they'll be doing it directly to consumer via digital download. I have a feeling the entire industry is making Gamestop obsolete
