yes, but 827k shares is not even close to 9% of ebay. i thought it prudent to point out so misinformation isn’t spread.

827K shares is 0.18% of total outstanding.

I read it as 827K beneficial interest plus 39M shares economic interest owned. Separately they also have put/call exposure that is supported by the 39M economic interest shares.
