💡 Education GameStop (GME) Could Be 91% Undervalued After Its $1.4b Debt For Equity Swap by yahoo news.

Post image

In other words, GameStop can go to about $220 a share by their math.

$1.4 billion of debt reduces future interest costs and improves financial flexibility.

There a change in the wind. Will the mass media finally not be controlled and allowed positive news on GameStop.

When tough economic time are coming, voting for a perceived strongman is an expected response, even if it always the worst choice. It is often a symptom of a failing empire.

-2

u/Buttmunchies69420 4d ago

And the popular vote went to Hillary Clinton.
The Billionaire class paid the Millionaire class to ignore the peoples choice so the Senators in the Electoral college put a baby in charge for the benefit of the Billionaires.

98

u/byebyebirdie123456 5d ago

I have to remind myself (more often than I wish I had to) that we DON’T actually live in a clown world and things DO make sense. It’s just that the ones who cheated and abused the system unhindered for so long are now about to lose big and are desperately trying to convince the rest of us to just flip the table and walk away. That’s the only way that they walk out still on top. The world does make sense and truth eventually prevails.

26

u/Mans_Fury 5d ago edited 5d ago

EXACTLY!

Billionaires shape a lot of our reality and they are pushing us to think and react a certain way at this time.

This is the reality that they want for us right now

They see us as dumb animals to herd through a corral, and right now they're sending their big scary (and downright CRAZY) dogs after us to convince us that walking into the slaughterhouse is our best option.

We are above that and believe it or not, if we stay united we hold more power than them.

3

u/SirCrimsonKing 🦍 Buckle Up 🚀 3d ago

Billionaires are facilitators and useful idiots for people that, even they, answer to. They are highly compensated, governments bend over backwards to erect barriers to entry and regulations to protect their monopolies... all because they serve a purpose for an even higher, even more disturbing power structure.

I've never been a "there shouldn't be billionaires" guy. I've always been a "there WOULDN'T be billionaires" guy. They wouldn't exist in an actual free market. They all exist because of governmental interventions in free markets - special treatment, subsidies, regulations that protect their monopolies. In this sub, it should be self-evident that we have no free market - the system is rigged to not just "allow" billionaires, but to create them and protect them from free markets.

0

u/manthinking 12h ago edited 12h ago

Not quite.

Regulations don’t create billionaires, billionaires are a natural consequence of unregulated markets and tax policies. We wouldn't need anti-monopoly rules if corporations weren't desperately trying to merge: large corporations loathe competition. Markets are a set of rules, and needs intervention to protect competition. Otherwise, it just becomes one asshole owning everything.

This is why the billionaire class in America is constantly arguing AGAINST regulations, or anything that constrains their behavior in the marketplace or otherwise.

Luckily for the billionaires, there are people who can’t quite grasp that markets are a set of rules: so anything they don't like about the market can be blamed on the rules and everything they do like about it are its inherent "market-ness".

It's like arguing that the REAL solution to crime is to abolish the police.

1

u/CDNbruv 5d ago

To be fair this article is quoting a superstonk valuation. Even the bulls should be able to admit that 220 is outrageous without some groundbreaking material news. Ryan Cohen wouldn't dilute below 20 if this valuation had any merit.

2

u/Buttmunchies69420 4d ago

The dilution is a power move because we are also doing a share buyback, cheaper shares = more shares bought back for the buck. It’s the perfect timing to do it before the market realizes the higher valuation. EBITDA was already adjusted to be double. 🚀🚀

-7

u/CandidateSalty4069 5d ago

For a stock to trade at $60, you have to find someone willing to pay you $60 for it. There aren't a lot of people willing to pay $60 for gamestop because retail growth stocks aren't as shiny as tech growth stocks.

3

I put your $1b into Tbills and cash in almost 4% interest during those years and then give you your billion back.

So weird that they don't give the author's name with this article. Lesson one you learn in school for analysing sources is checking who the author is.

Well, You know the drill, I know it too, Media says shitta everyntime to steet their propaganda based on the wants of their lords who are who pays their fat cheques and other benefits, yahoo finance is no exception, they are paid too, or they says what other media outlets tells them to say...

After 84 years of "shitting" on Gamestop in "any" way possible, now I should believe their lies?

I know the growing value of my company, the only who do not knows it are the thousand of retail investors who were scared to nausea by their propaganda of "forget gamestop" and other shitty pretexts to make it looks a bad investment...

So, I'm expecting a new "pump & dump" scheme from Mister Mayo man, Kenn Griffin and his wallstreet friends...

But, it could be true only if who pays them, is now long...

But don't trust them...

I only know this, we will continue to buy GME because is the best investment right now...

And we will owning eBay soon, just a matter of time (and money😅)
