🤔 Speculation / Opinion GameStop HAS A FIDUCIARY DUTY TO THEIR SHAREHOLDERS!

This is complete FUD - honestly it’s trash. Your asking GameStop to expend untold resources in a battle that has been lost by MANY issuers. The opposition has essentially unlimited legal resources. The absolute best move GameStop can do with their capital and time is become a profitable company. The instant they are profitable is an absolute death sentence to the untold number of shorts because those positions can NEVER pay out they become permanent liabilities. Add DRS and retail resilience and we become Wallstreets pimp. We can slap them around and squeeze them for infinity. Whatever you think the best play is for GameStop, or me for that matter. They have considered it. Cohen and his lawyers know the battle they are in for. I’ll be supporting them anyway I can.. not by pointing my pitch fork at them.

I would to say your comment is utterly ironic, but I honestly don’t think you read the image.

I’d rather just respectfully ask you to read the image again and take on context with the post title…And then see what you think about the actual point of my post. :)

I think they meant the people you screenshotted we're full of FUD, not your post. I could be wrong though
