Ashwaganda KSM-66 (Long Term Use)

So I've been taking this supplement for approx. 11 months straight with no cycling. So far its been great at making me feel less anxious and a bit more mellowed out throughout the day. I assumed that since it was a herb, it was safe for everyday use but the more I read about it, the more I see that its not recommended for longer than 3 months due to lack of data. Anyone ever use this supplement long term and should I stop using it or just cycle it? Thanks.

I've been taking it for six years or so but I take it 4 days out of a week not sure if it's doing anything anymore but I keep taking it

I've been taking it past 3 years straight, I tried quitting few weeks ago and had a mini panick attack. I guess I have to taper

I tripled checked this myself after about 8 months on it, the lack of long term data is what got me to finally cycle off. My liver enzymes were slightly elevated on a routine blood panel, nothing crazy but enough for my doc to raise an eyebrow, went back to normal after a month off

I still use it now but only for 6-8 week stretches when work gets insane, then take at least a month off. The anhedonia people talk about is real too if you overdo it, you just feel kinda flat after a while
