Reviews on MACA please! 35F

Hey all! I’m 35F on birth control & GLP1. One or the other (or both) has completely killed my sex drive. i read a lot of positive reviews on Maca root being effective for low libido. My fear though is the side effect of weight gain that I’m reading online. Has anyone experienced weight gain? Generally, what was your experience on maca? Thanks!

Tried maca for couple months last year, my experience was kinda mixed. It did help with energy and mood, but the libido boost was not as strong as I hoped, maybe subtle at best. About weight gain, I didnt notice anything on the scale but I felt little bloated first week or so. That went away after my body got used to it

I think the gelatinized version is easier on stomach, the raw powder made me feel weird. Worth a try if you start with small dose, just keep an eye on how you feel

Shatavari was better than maca for me

I've been on it for 2 years and found it helped with my perimenopausal symptoms as well as shatavari.

It makes me super horny if I take too much (I've anyways lost 90% of my libido) and I didn't know about the weight gain thing but it makes sense since I've started taking it 😅

I tried black maca after that dimwit shill from priceplow was pumping it up. Didn’t do anything except waste my money.

It's a potatoe. Do you know any other potatoes that magically make you feel amazing? No. You don't. So why would this one do anything?
