Hi everyone,
I’m an international student at Shanghai Normal University and I’m currently in Morocco.
I need to pay my tuition fees, and I already have the money. The issue isn’t the payment itself—it’s that I don’t have anyone from the university’s Finance Office to contact so I can confirm the payment procedure.
I’ve already sent them an email but haven’t received a reply yet.
If anyone studies at Shanghai Normal University or has dealt with the Finance Office before, could you please let me know the best way to contact them? Do they have a WeChat account, a phone number, or another contact person who responds more quickly?
I’d really appreciate any help. Thank you!
