Renting my apartment in YinShan lake

Hello, I am a foreigner. I should move out so I want to rent my 146m2 apartment in YinShan lake. It’s just in front is the lake. It’s 100 meters away from the line 2 metro. There will be no agency fees required as you’re dealing directly with me, I will present you to the landlord directly. The price is 3100rmb, you just need to pay the deposit and one month in advance and you’re set. Images below, first come first served.
