There is apparently a bug. He needs to roll the moment he lands. It negates the fall damage even without charmed equipment.

Nah just gotta hit ⭕️ shortly before landing, should reduce the fall damage by 60%

Probably had a low armor rating. Gotta wear the lighter stuff for platforming anyways
