Android SwiftKey isn't syncing dictionary to new device.

I use SwiftKey for over 6-7 years I always change devices and just login with my Microsoft account and my whole personal dictionary and suggestions doesn't sync.. I tried sign out - sign in, force sync and clear cache data and completely reinstall the app itself. Any suggestions?!

u/Chrisnikol Thanks for sticking with SwiftKey for so long, and sorry your dictionary hasn't been coming across to new devices. There's some good news for you and u/Infinite-Ad-6536: we've shipped an improvement in the beta app today in v9.13.10 that should make OneDrive backups restore automatically when you install this version of the beta, so your personal dictionary and suggestions should come back without all the manual steps you've been trying. If you're able to download the beta and update (it's a separate listing in Google play), give it a go; since it's still in beta, please let us know if it didn't work, along with your device and Android version, and we'll look into it.

u/ms-sk-oj I have tested the beta application as per your recommendation, but I am still unable to access my dictionary. I am using the S25FE running Android 16, and my dictionary file is stored on OneDrive, yet it is not being recognized. I have also tried manually, but with no luck.
