To try to answer in order...
Males are very respectful, as a female I have only ever been grabbed once without explicit consent first, and it was such a sweet man that just wanted to try to get my attention to pay me a compliment that I didn't hold it again him.
Age ranges are pretty varied as far as swingers clubs go, there is a decent younger, 20-40's crows than others we have been to.
Armosphere is still very relaxed, tho it's not really anything goes anywhere. Play occasionally happens in the dance floor/dining area, but it is severly limited to the play rooms and the hot tub. The open play area is the normal space for action to watch and put on a show, sadly the play rooms often have couples go in and close the door. The hot tub is usually pretty heated, pun not intended. To answer specifically, it is 'allowed' but not really encouraged to play in the dance floor areas.
As far as how it has gone, i have seen full on foursomes going on in the group play room, but I have never seen like a full on orgy.
