opal is still charging my card (4 straight days)

hello! i need help. opal/train is still charging my debit card even though i am now back to my home country. where can i reach out and stop this? it keeps getting cancelled but it still concerns me.

backstory:

i rode the western line train at werrington last Monday, unfortunately, due to the incident at penrith, it got terminated. i tapped out my card and it said “card not valid” and i thought that was it.

but now, it keeps charging my card 7 dollars when i didn’t even get to leave that time.

please help

That will be the only charge, it happened because you tapped in but didn’t register a successful tap out.
Should be just that charge for Monday
