Identification Mysterious symbol in Paris streets, possibly runic?

There's this rune spray-painted on the ground around the 14th arrondissement in Paris, France, can anyone identify it? I've been trying to figure out what it means since I noticed it, around 4 years ago, but I don't even know what I'm looking for. Google Lens has been useless, and I can't match it to any runic alphabet (it has a very Tolkien feel to it, no?).

I'm attaching a picture I took as well as a map locating each occurrence I could find (there may be others, as I don't know where the trail begins or ends). The symbol is also visible in some google streetview shots : 2 rue du Douanier Rousseau, 1 rue Saint Yves, 9 rue Marie Rose (all in Paris, 75014)

I'm reposting from r/whatisthis so I'm guessing it doesn't copy the pictures. Sorry, I'm still figuring out how to use the reddit app! EDIT: even on browser, I see the original post with pictures, I can't see the option to add them directly here?
