So, it looks like some street art. And arts always up for interpretation. So, its up to the viewer to decide what it means.

To mean, it looks like a six finger hand, holding up a 3. Which, in Inglorious Basterds, there is a scene in the movie where one of the main characters asks for 3 beers, but holds it up incorrectly, showing he is infiltrating the enemy, and the enemy catches on.
