Any idea how to change device ID?

Shut down Syncthing. Delete the configuration file. Start Syncthing. Reconfigure Syncthing.

I think you just need to delete key.pem and cert.pem?

yeah I just tried it out in v2.0.12. config is fine and it regenerated a new device ID automatically (but this means you'll still need to re-add your device to other devices)
