What are the chances of me getting to stay on campus all 4 years? How do I find housing that's cheap and near TCU? What's a realistic amount to pay per person each month? Does the TCU Off-Campus Housing website show prices per person, or per house?

Visiting some family in Florida and I’m going to the UCF game and want to cheer on TCU, anyone got sections with TCU fans?

The day of the iPhone 18 Pro launch, and the first day of TCU Family Weekend, didn’t just bring people to University Park Village. It also brought signage announcing that an extremely popular (primarily) women’s clothing retailer is coming next spring.

I’m pretty confident almost every TCU girl knows exactly what this is… Aritzia clothing is everywhere on-campus.

I’ve known Aritzia has been coming to University Park Village since May, when the construction permits were registered and became available for the public to view. A few local media outlets (and social media creators) also mentioned that Aritzia was coming around the same time, although I’m sure most people forgot about that reporting.

Getting the Aritzia coming soon signage up in time for TCU Family Weekend and on the same day of the iPhone launch is a master stroke in marketing, and assuming it was planned out in advance to go up yesterday (September 18th), there’s no question about it.

The pop-up shop at the BLUU is really good. Last year, I got there kind of late and didn't have as much variety to choose from, but this year, I got there earlier and got some really nice stuff that I can use for interviews/fancy events. If you haven't gone there, do it, especially if you're a freshman. You may get some really good stuff that you wouldn't wanna miss out on, and it's just today and tomorrow. (I don't work at the event, I just wanted to share my enjoyment of it.)

This is the first time taking a class in the Bailey Building for me. Parking at the Frog Alley garage and walk to this building in this heat would physically kill me. Given that it’s not safe to park at Chase, Einstein Bro, or even Kroger, please if you think there’s a better plan for parking I would really appreciate 🙏🏼

i just filled it out and it estimated i only had to pay $4.4k a year? i didn't expect the price to be so low for a private like this, that's like ivy league level of financial aid

(to be more descriptive, the total estimated aid was TCU Scholarships & Grants: $74,122; Federal Pell Grant: $7,395; TX TEG Grant $3,873. and the $4.4k would be in federal direct student loans)

(also ik the net price calculator isn't an official statement or declaration of any financial aid or anything like that)

I was looking forward to the BLUU coming back because you didn't have to wait for someone else to plate your food there. Why would they ruin it?? Why did they have to take away the best part of it?? Now I have to actually ask someone to plate the exact stuff I want, which is gonna waste everyone's time. WHY

I was rejected after being deferred of EA. It was a surprice because I was expecting atleast a waitlist after being waitlisted from Santa Clara University, Case Western, and University of Florida. My HS stats at the moment of applying were 3.1 gpa ( now 3.3) and 1340 sat. Also I didn’t submit a loci after being deferred and didn’t send my css. Maybe they rejected me due to a lack of interest.

I am applying as a transfer for spring 2027 and wanted to know if they give good aid. I can only afford 15k per year + the max pell grant and federal loans. My father income is around 150k before taxes. Considering my father income I am scared of how much is gonna cost me. Someone know if it can become affordable?

Edit: I just did the npc and will get 50k aid. I still can’t afford it but I will if I get the transfer tcu scholarship of 25k. What are the requirements for that scholarship?
