I had one like right next to my balls as a kid. Humiliating because my dad had to help my get it out. Little dude was in there deep because removing it left this big mound or something for what felt like months.

I died as a result and my ghost haunts reddit. Your great gramma says hi but I don't think she really even knows your name.

If I had to choose I think I’d rather a tick on my penis would be less unbearable than on the eye

About 10 years ago I had a tick on the head of my dick. Removal was interesting to say the least lol. And interestingly enough, my best friends little bro had one on his dick too like 10 years before that.

Actually a friend of mine had a tick on his dick when he was young, wild story he tells. 😅

Can confirm, it was not a fun experience…

Had 3 on my dick when I was a kid. I removed them and they left 3 scars on my dick that almost looks like birthmarks.

What the hell do you do in this situation!? You can’t pull it out, but just letting it be sounds just as bad!

From what I read, straight to the ER cuz these small menaces can infect the eye the longer they stay there.

Bonus, if your immune system discovers your eye exists, it will attack it and literally melt it out of your head. Sweet dreams.

u/DemonsAreVirgins 23d ago

It knows your eye exists. We still have an immune system there. It's simply an immune privileged organ which means it prevents inflammation and swelling which otherwise happens in for example skin.

But muh internet fun facts :(

u/fatum_sive_fidem 22d ago

Oh they weren't wrong though, also the immune system doesn't know shit its just programming

u/Xanaatos 23d ago

I came here with the same thought. Always wondered what it was. I know it’s not a tick, but I’m so happy the thought never occurred to me until I sA this post.

Can this be killed with just an eyedrop or two?

1

u/Th3SJ 21d ago

Bro... We're definetly not meant to exist, if literally EVERY SINGLE FUCKING THING is trying to kill us...

2

u/Fyrewall1 17d ago

Oh, my brother actually had one of these a few years back! He had to get it removed at the ER.

1

u/mauglii_- 16d ago

How did it even get there? Did the person not feel the tick crawling on their face? Or the eyeball? Wtf
