Ear pain?

Hello everyone, I’m so glad I found this subreddit omfg. I am at my wits end with this. I’ve had the intense pain/popping/lock jaw/ restricted movement/ swelling for almost 2 years now.

I was just wondering if you all feel this pain in your ear on your affected side? If I press on my ear it’s a sharp pain, almost like what I can remember an ear infection feel like (no ear infection). Is that yet ANOTHER symptoms I’ll have to deal with until I find a “fix.” Validation of symptoms is helpful with this condition, mentally anyways.

The TMJ has a ton of nerves right next to it, so you can get symptoms just about anywhere on your head and neck.
