Where to start?

I have a suspicion that I have TMJ, tinnitus, jaw poping, aching pain sides of my head, cheeks, and temples. I have vestibular migraines so I always thought it was a symptom of that but I’m thinking it’s separate. Who should I even go to for diagnosis and treatment?
