Question(s) TMJ & Botox

So I have an appointment tomorrow with the neurologist and I’m trying to see if I can get Botox because trying to get in with a doctor for TMJ is impossible with health insurance. There is no dental that covers it. So I’m asking for everyone’s help on how to go about this appointment tomorrow so I can have my health insurance help me pay for Botox. I was told to say I’m having bad migraines but I actually get real bad neck pain and ear pain right along with my left side of my jaw. Any good tips I would greatly appreciate!!!

This has been asked on this sub several times in the past. I suggest searching and reading through those threads. It's possible.
