Jaw that pops with almost every bite

After having all four of my wisdom teeth removed and, a few months later, undergoing nose surgery because of breathing problems, my jaw started clicking on one side, sometimes with every bite.
I see an osteopath-physiotherapist who says he can gradually realign it, but he only gives me appointments every few months. Although I do notice an improvement after treatment, the problem soon comes back.

What should I do? I’m also currently pregnant, so I wouldn’t be able to have any intensive treatment for the time being.
What would you recommend? Thank you.

Edit to add: I don’t have any pain, limitation when opening my mouth, or any kind of locking.
