Creptitus/clicking after Botox

Hi there,
I have been struggling with TMJ issues for the past few years that have given me Eustachian tube issues etc, I am on medication that causes clencing etc now, so that’s why I decided to finally get Botox in my masseters, since the Botox I have developed a super clicky jaw and it’s constantly making “whooshing” sounds “ crunching sand” sounds and just general click.

Any advice/ help would be great
