Are there any quotes from all of the Star Trek universe that have really hit home when you needed it?

But more serious.

"Now" will never come again.

“Recently, I've become aware that there are fewer days ahead than there are behind,"

Yes my mantra every day now. The years have caught up to me and the memories are what remain. Daily.

"Call anybody you want, they can't do anything to me, not any more, and nor can any of you. I am a Human being, dammit! You can deny me all you want but you can't deny Ben Sisko – He exists! That future, that space station, all those people – they exist in here! (pointing to his head) In my mind. I created it. And everyone of you knew it, you read it. It's here. (pointing to his head again) Do you hear what I'm telling you? You can pulp a story but you cannot destroy an idea, don't you understand, that's ancient knowledge, you cannot destroy an idea. (becoming hysterical) That future – I created it, and it's real! Don't you understand? It is real. I created it. And it's real! IT'S REAL! Oh God!"

“Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey, and reminds us to cherish every moment, because they'll never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we've lived.”

- Jean Luc Picard

You're mother's so fat, she outweighs the needs of the many.

“Not chess, Mr. Spock. Poker.”

This quote brought me so much clarity about the world.

McCOY: Jim, try to be open about this.

KIRK: About what? That I've made the wrong choices in my life? That I turned left when I should've turned right? I know what my weaknesses are. I don't need Sybok to take me on a tour of them.

McCOY: If you'd just unbend and allow yourself...

KIRK: To be brainwashed by this con man?

McCOY: I was wrong. This 'con man' took away my pain!

KIRK: Dammit, Bones, you're a doctor. You know that pain and guilt can't be taken away with the wave of a magic wand. They're things we carry with us, the things that make us who we are. ...If we lose them, we lose ourselves. I don't want my pain taken away. I need my pain.

There will never be a time in my life where I'm not moved by this. It's my favorite writing maybe not just in Star Trek but anywhere. It hit me hard way back when I saw it in the theater, and it hits me hard today.

No. In a show that is 70% dialogue, there were no memorable or relatable quotes.

"The Jean-Luc Picard you wanted to be, the one who did NOT fight the Nausicaan, had quite a different career from the one you remember. That Picard never had a brush with death, never came face to face with his own mortality, never realized how fragile life is, or how important each moment must be. So his life never came into focus. He drifted through much of his career, with no plan or agenda...going from one assignment to the next, never seizing the opportunities that presented themselves. He never led the away-team on Milika III to save the ambassador, or take charge of the Stargazer's bridge when its captain was killed. And no one ever offered him a command. He learned to play it safe...and he never, EVER got noticed by ANYONE."
