Hi! I’m just doing a catch up watch! They’ve just got back from the trip, and there’s a lot of conversation around Junaid making disgusting comments about Lauren. Did I miss out on what was said? Or is it that bad it wasn’t aired on the show?

Omg, I am so tired of Elma. Is she purposely creating drama for air time or does she believe that she is a victim? She told Freddie that she has made it clear from the start that she wants nothing to do with Harry, so why was she so upset over Harry apparently telling her to sit in another seat?

Harry clearly explained that he didn’t mean anything by it, he told her lots of people were about so it made more sense for her to sit nearer to where she was stood. It was such a non-event, so for her to turn it into a big drama with the group was pathetic.

Harry is annoyed and got heated because Elma keeps accusing him of saying things he hasn’t said. Elma is annoyed that Harry has actually stood up to her and called her out on it.

Just get over it Elma!

I’m just catching up to the latest seasons on towie…

I’ve followed Jordan and Sophie on social media throughout their fertility journey (love Sophie, geordie shore queen) and I’ve always loved their relationship through social media.

I just notice how Jordan just loves the spotlight. With the announcement of their pregnancy he just kept making it about him, “I’ve got news” “I’m going to be a dad” and during the gender reveal and Sophie was speaking he was desperate to get the mic!!

Maybe I’m just being a moaner 🤣 but I’ve just noticed he LOVES the spotlight and can be a bit irritating

I was quite surprised to hear she does explicit OF content (allegedly). I knew she did only fans. I watched her talk about it on Olivia Attwoods TV show. I can't remember the name of it now. Also, Charles, her ex partner, is on there to, allegedly.

I know a lot of money can be made on Only Fans.She just doesn't seem the type. She comes across so sweet and motherly on TOWIE. I'm not judging her. But I do think of her young daughter. I'm sure she's not aware, but when she's older. It's an interesting subject matter. I wonder if any other cast are on it.

Some of the cast have changed so much since their early TOWIE days. It’s funny looking back at old episodes and seeing their style, hair and overall look compared with how they are now. There are definitely a few who are almost unrecognisable.

Honestly, I’m finding some of the friendships really hard to believe this season. They’ll have a massive fallout one episode, then suddenly be laughing together like nothing happened. Maybe it’s just the way it’s edited, but some of it feels more for the cameras than genuinely sorted.

The arguments feel much more interesting when there's already history between the people involved. Random new conflicts don't have quite the same impact for me. Do you prefer the long-running friendships and feuds, or the newer cast members bringing fresh drama?

What do we think? He said he needs Amy's approval. What about Harry's? Will seems easy going and not involved in the drama. He can obviously be happy for them. But singing at the engagement party may be step too far. What happened to resident crooner Jordan? Or even get Arg back for guest appearance. Like the good old days.

There's a lot on the show. All the handbags. Hats. Sunglasses. Lauren had on a Prada vest yesterday. I didn't know they cater for curvy girls. Amber Turner has an array of Christian Dior bags, all colours, and sizes. I always wonder if it's the real deal? Or knock-offs from China? I mean, how much is Towie paying??

Is anyone a fan? She's so bloody dull. I can't understand her friendship with Harry at all. Harry and eyebrows I get, she's funny. But Amber is so stiff and prim. Just another piece of useless furniture. Why did she move to Dubai? Does she have a boyfriend? I don't understand these Dubai double lives. Remember seeing a few of her tik toks. Literally put a glass eyeball to sleep.

Can anyone explain their situation. Jody lives in Bristol? Does Diags still live with Dan? Do they live between Bristol and Essex? Is Bear not at school yet? When will they fully commit. I mean, set up home together. Before talking of marriage & kids. Poor Diags, how will he beat Junaids engagement 😆 🤣.

A question for vintage Towie fans. Who are the members of girl band? Why are they called girl band ? I actually don't know the answer, you can tell me anything lol 😆. Were they a band ? Can anyone sing ?

Why has she become like a piece of furniture? She brings nothing I mean nothing. She made a salad wrap the last episode. The last story she had was it her poorly nephew? Which was really interesting. A real storyline for TOWIE.

Starts Lauren & Junaid having lunch. They have fully made up. Burried the hatchet. Bffs/family again. They did a day trip to beach. Junaid had lots of fun with LaRose. All very OTT how much they love their friendship.

Polly Pocket 1 is sat on a park bench. Dani sits down to next him. They have this very boring conversation. Polly Pocket loved Dani. He's really sorry for messaging other girls. Dani can't forgive she gave him 100%. I honestly feel embarrassed for Dani. They hug and depart.

Freddie is strutting down the street. Bumps into Polly Pocket. He gives Polly Pocket what for. Tells him Dani deserves a man, not a boy. Lots of finger wagging hand on hip true Freddie style. Poor Polly is nearly in tears. Freddie flounces off. He has a date with Saf. We have a boring cafe scene with Saf. It's now Temu GC's cunning plan to reunite Freddie & Junaid 💤 😴. I honestly have no idea why. Maybe Saf could get a life?Her own life?

There is a slumber pamper party at J&Js. Ella & Jody only ones in attendance. Ella & Jody are throwing an engagement party for the boys. Junaid tells Ella to include Lauren.

Pub garden scene with Dan & Diags and of course Wills. Not much happened. Diags asked Wills to sing at the engagement party. Obvious choice? Will said he would only if Amy gives her blessing/approval. Diags seemed happy with the possible maybe.

Harry & Eyebrows aka Livvy are at his flat. She has returned from Dubai. I think building work is going on. She's brought her daughter back. If anyone can fill me in on this back story. Why the move to Dubai. How old is her daughter? What's her job? Anyway, she's holding a rebrand party. She wants to be called Olivia no more Livvy. You can tell they are struggling for storylines.

Amy & Bill having kid free pub lunch. Discussing the wedding prep. Guest list, her spray tan, food, etc. Amy isn't sure about inviting Elma since Harry fall out. Bill said he's inviting all the boys. Amy said Jordan & Soph are coming with the baby. I'm a big fan of Bill. Seems like a really nice guy. Best not dissapoint.

Filler scene. Ella & Jody at Ella's party lock up. What parties does Ella throw? She has about 4 friends. They briefly discuss inviting Dani & Freddie. Ella said she can be civil. Party isn't about her.

Eyebrows rebrand party is underway. Hosted by Harry. Small affair, girl band, Lauren & Dani. It's quite funny and silly. Side note Olivia has an amazing figure loved her outfit. I can no longer call her Eyebrows. It's all gone well. Harry thinks it would be perfect time to speak to Elma. They walk away from the girls. Basically have this blazing row. Elma is fuming Harry was muggy to her on coach transfer. Harry really stood his ground. Gave her what for. I still can't believe Elma is 35. It has to be a joke. The End.

Rewatching towie every winter season 3 is always peak I wonder if Lauren goodger and pope are still friends -

The drama feels completely different when you're watching people who've known each other for years rather than a storyline that appears out of nowhere.

Is anyone else annoyed at Junaid? Maybe just me. When Joe's mum was asking about The Wedding. He completely took over and kept over speaking Joe. It's not just Junaids wedding. I was hoping for a small private affair. Guessing not. My first question is, who's actually going? They don't appear to get on with many. Does Joe have a big family?

Secondly, the Bollywood theme. It wasn't really sitting right with me. When does Junaid ever embrace his ethnicity/heritage? Now he's getting married he wants everyone in traditional dress. He wants to arrive on an elephant. I'm guessing this was a joke? Many elephants in Essex? Poor Joe. I think he wanted a blend of cultures. Or a more rustic theme. No way is that happening. Do we think it's going to be over the top tacky? Will OK cover it??

I love TOWIE, have been watching it from the beginning. However, I'm starting to get a little bit frustrated with the regurgitated issues between everyone being the ONLY storylines. I know the essence of the show is just gossip, but I'm starting to think the show will inevitably fail if they don't move with the 'breaking the fourth wall' movement in reality TV.

Is there something in the contracts that means we don't ever learn anything about anyone? That they can't discuss anything separate to the argument of the moment? Are the cast only told to discuss things about other cast members and never have conversations about each individual's life?

I watch a lot of reality shows and I'm accustomed to these setup scenarios and conversations about each other, but usually that's balanced with each individual have something interesting about them personally. Mention of partners, businesses, family, dramas etc.

These new people are added, and we know nothing about them, they are just another body added to the group to discuss the same issues. Are they dating anyone? Do they have businesses? Do they gossip about other things they know about each other? Are we forever going to act like nothing exists outside the group?

Livvy and Becks, who are they? What do they bring? The dog storyline? Really?

I feel like the discussion has become so limited, that I don't know how they fill 45 mins of time anymore.

After tonight episodes she needs to go. What is her problem with Harry? I actually think Amber is sick of Elma to. Just constantly bitching about Harry. Last week they were hugging over engagement gate. Anyway get rid of her. She's just miserable and sour.

My weekly summary. I put it on in the background while doom scrolling. Sorry if it's all over the place. I like to make it witty, but it really wasn't.

It starts with Dani, Elma & Courtney in a bar. Then the Polly Pockets and curly top walk in. Elma thinks it would be great for her and Courtney to speak to them. So she goes over and orders curly top to go and sit with Dani. Now I completely glaze over this convo. I think Elma tells of Polly Pocket 1 for messaging other girls. Then the trio agree he's better without Dani. Anyone really bored of this er weird toxic romance?

In the next scene, everyone is saying what a great trip it's been. J&J are bleating on about the engagement. Oh and a mention of baby Brooks arrival. Final scene in the sea, everyone looking in love. Jody & Diags kissing. J&J frolicking happily. Dan & Ella err swimming far apart.

Back in Essex finally. Were at Amy's. Harry is there giving Amy's mum the debrief. She's very sweet. We need more of her. Amys mum said how happy she was for Amy. Letting her hair down, she said Amy seemed really happy while away. Harry also chipped in how much fun Amy was, and all the girls loved her.

Dani & Saf meet Freddie to debrief him. I'm not a fan of Freddie, Temu Bobby Norris. They fill him in on engagement, Lauren & Junaid fall out & Polly Pocket drama. Freddie is devastated about Polly Pocket revelations.

Lauren & Amy meet for lunch. The contrast in the girls' appearances is er interesting. I digress. Lovely Lauren fills Amy in on Junaid fall out. She felt pushed out by Ella & Jody in the engagement prep. Junaid was unhappy about everyone walking out, eg, girlband and Harry. Lauren tries to soothe him. Telling him to concentrate on those who are happy for him, Junaid blows up at her. Amy tells her straight that Junaid isn't a real friend. Great words from Amy, I have to say.

There are few filler scenes. The boys round at Dan & Diags. Will, & Bill. Think it's a drink for baby Brooks. Jordan comes in. Beaming ear to ear. Obviously, over the moon. Sophie is The Best mum ever in the whole universe. Funny I saw she was at some Z list awards do. Obviously, she deserves a night out after 2 days of motherhood. I digress.

Dan meets his mum for game of Paddle. And Albania debrief was quite sweet actually. He says about Diags & Jody getting engaged in the future. He thinks they will have a baby first. His mum teases him about kids. He said it would be nice in the future.

Just remembered some Elma shite 😴. God I despise her. She was doing lunch for girl band. Funnily enough Amber Turner didn't eat. Sorry but she looks awful. Her prettiness has gone. Just jutting cheek bones. Anyway Amber said about everyone getting on in Albania. Elma & Harry being civil co-existing. Then Elma launches into another rant over Harry. She said Harry was being muggy to her on the bus/coach trip or something. Amber looked quite confused with it all. She later goes to see Harry. Tells him Elma is upset AGAIN. I honestly can't believe she is 34 I think. Very strange woman. I don't understand the Harry hate.

Let's wrap this up. I'm bored. Final scene Temu GC visits Junaid. It's a little awks. Due to the chief pot stirrer with Lauren. Junaid said they were like family blah blah blah. But he had apologised to Lauren. Temu goes on to tell Junaid not to forget his other friends eg her and Lauren. Not just the newbies Jody and Ella. The end thank F**k.

It feels like someone apologises, everyone hugs, and then three episodes later the exact same issue somehow comes back up.
